The Patmian Residence is a spacious sea view villa in Patmos that is ideal for families. It is located next to its sister villa Patmos Eye, and looks down on the gulf and port of Skala from a privileged location with stunning panoramic sea views. This luxury traditional villa can perfectly accommodate a family of 8 people across its 3 bedrooms over 2 levels.
At the ground floor of the villa there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining table that can seat 6 people, a comfortable living room with a large TV and CD player, and one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
Outside, the veranda at the rear of the villa has built-in-sofas and is a nice spot to savour your first cup of coffee of the day. The veranda at the front of the villa has a breathtaking sea view, a big dining table for 10 people, and a huge sofa.
On the first floor of the villa there is a bedroom with a double four-poster bed with drapes and an en-suite bathroom. There is also a huge bedroom with 4 comfortable single beds and an en-suite bathroom, making it an ideal children’s bedroom. The double bedroom has its own sea view balcony and the large bedroom has double balconies.
